Company Profile and History

John William Hughes was admitted to the roll in August 1903. He practised alone until 1923 when he was joined by his daughter, Agnes Twiston Hughes. Sadly Mr Hughes died on 25 January 1949 and Miss Hughes was the successor to the firm. She ceased to practice in 1961 and sadly died on 20 October 1981.

Company - Present Day

J W Hughes & Co is a partnership which operates from two central locations. Our Conwy Office is situated at Bank House, Lancaster Square and our Llandudno Office is situated at 27 Augusta Street . Both offices have access to a regular bus service and the train stations are nearby.

There are 6 partners, Donald Charles Roberts, Alun Wyn Thomas, John Graham Parry, Philip Barry Kentish, Nicholas Passey & Phillip Watters.
