Making a Will
The importance of making a Will cannot be overstated. Each Will prepared by J. W. Hughes & Co. is tailor-made for the individual client, taking into consideration his or her personal financial circumstances, family and commitments, and the need for tax planning. Prepared properly, a will can save thousands of pounds in tax to benefit your loved ones, instead of the Chancellor of the Exchequor.
Please speak with any of our Solicitors who will be able to guide you on a suitable Will. Alternatively, ask to speak with Nick Passey at our Conwy Office or Philip Kentish at our Llandudno Office.
Making Your Own Will
Except in the very simplest of cases it is always advisable to make a Will. If, after your death, there turns out to be a problem with the drafting of the formalities of a Will, this may prevent your wishes from being carried out. This is particularly important if you have children or own property.
Our friendly and helpful advice will assist you in the preparation of your Will including :
