Goodbye Alun!
This week we are saying goodbye to Alun Thomas who is retiring. Alun has worked for JW Hughes for over 30 years and was a partner of the firm. Over his long career, he specialised in civil litigation (both general litigation & personal injury), securing millions of pounds worth of compensation for clients over a wide variety of cases. He also provided advice on property matters and wills and probate. He served his Articles with Messrs. Morgan Bruce & Nicholas, Solicitors of Pontypridd, and then became a lecturer in law at what is now the University of South Wales, before returning to private practice at JW Hughes in the early 1980’s. We wish him well on his retirement and thank him for his many years working at JW Hughes & Co.
