The supervision procedures, including file reviews, are working well and file management is good, with files being kept in an orderly manner. The client care policy is in effective operation, evidenced by the fact that there are few complaints and client feedback is excellent. Employees were knowledgeable about Lexcel processes and the Assessor observed a friendly atmosphere and an approachable management culture. Eight areas of good practice were highlighted including the recognition of the importance of cyber security, staff training on a range of issues, risk management, file reviews, client feedback, file management and clients being informed of the progress of their case.
