J W Hughes & Co LLP is looking to recruit a fee earner to deal with residential conveyancing matters.
Key responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload and taking instructions from clients
- Dealing with sales, purchases and re-mortgage transactions (freehold and leasehold properties)
- Drafting contracts, collating and checking and preparing legal and financial documentation
- Exchanging Contract and completing transactions
- Dealing with all financial aspects of the transaction
- Liaising with agents, borrowers, other solicitors as necessary
The ideal candidate will:
Have good organisational skills and perform work accurately and reliably
Provide excellent client care, with strong communication skills.
Possess strong IT skills
