Lexcel Quality Re-Accreditation
JW Hughes & Co. has again successfully attained the Lexcel re-accreditation. Lexcel is a legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management. It was introduced by the Law Society in 1998. The aim of the standard is to provide a clear and consistent benchmark of quality for client care, compliance and practice management.
The documented findings show that the firm has an ethos of providing excellent service to our clients and that our working environment is kind and co-operative with everyone feeling that they belong to a team.
Areas of good practice which exceed the Law Society’s standard include that the firm successfully completed the Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation to signify our total commitment to security of data and our enlightened approach with respect to staff training to maintain areas of legal skills and compliance.
