Joshua Lloyd has settled a road traffic accident claim for £45,000.
The claim arose when the Defendant veered into the Claimant’s side of the road and collided with their vehicle. Although liability was admitted at an early stage, quantum remained in dispute. Having collated comprehensive evidence in relation to the Claimant’s case, demonstrating medical causation and loss of earnings, the claim was settled for £45,000. This was a strong outcome for our client.
